Step 1: Select "Requests" on the left side menu.
Step 2: Select "View All" on the "Maintenance Request" box.
Overview of the Maintenance Requests section
At the top are two headings, "Pending" and "Completed." You can toggle between the two to look at requests that are pending (still open) or requests that have been completed.
The table shows all maintenance requests. The different columns show the status of the requests (pending or completed), the title of the request, the unit, the address, the owner, the date the request was submitted and the option to review details. If you click on "View Detail," it will pull up the selected maintenance request.
Once the request is open, you can respond to the request, notify others, and close the request once completed.
At the top of the table, you can export maintenance requests by clicking "Export." Or you can create a new maintenance request by clicking "New Request."
Step 3: Creating a new maintenance request. After clicking on "New Request" at the top of the table, you will be prompted to Create a new Maintenance Request.
If the Request is NOT associated with a unit click the toggle next to "Related to a unit." Add any attachments or files, create a title and type out your message. When finished, click "Submit."
If the Request is associated with a unit, click the box next to the unit(s) associated with the maintenance request. Then, add any attachments or files, create a title and type out your message. When finished, click "Submit."
Step 4: The maintenance request will send out to the unit's owners that you selected. The request will also show as pending in the main Maintenance Requests table.
