Step 1: Select "Requests" on the left side menu.

Step 2: Select the "Architectural Requests" box.

Overview of the Architectural Requests section

At the top are two headings by default, "Pending" and "Completed." You can toggle between the two to look at requests that are pending (still open) or requests that have been completed.

The table will show all open architectural requests. The different columns will show the status of the requests (pending or completed), the title of the request, the unit, the address, the owner, the date the request was submitted and the option to review details. If you click on "View Detail," it will pull up the selected architectural request.

Once the Architectural request is opened, you can respond to the request, notify others, or close the request once completed.

At the top of the table, you can export architectural requests by clicking "Export." Or you can create a new architectural request by clicking "New Request."

Step 3: Creating a new Architectural Request. After clicking on "New Request" at the top of the table, you will be prompted to Create a new Architectural Request.

  1. If the Request is NOT associated with a unit click the toggle next to "Related to a unit." Add any attachments or files, create a title and type out your message. When finished, click "Submit."

  2. If the Request is associated with a unit, click the box next to the unit(s) associated with the general request. Then, add any attachments, create a title and type out your message. When finished, click "Submit."

  3. The Architectural request will send out to the unit's owners that you selected. The request will also show as pending in the main Architectural Requests table.
