Step 1: Select "Request" on the left side menu.
Step 2: Select "View All" on the "General Requests" box.
Overview of the General Requests section
At the top are two headings, "Pending" and "Completed." You can toggle between the two to look at requests that are pending (still open) or requests that have been completed.
The table shows all general requests. The different columns show the status of the requests (pending or completed), the title of the request, the unit, the address, the owner, the date the request was submitted and the option to review details. If you click on "View Detail," it will pull up the selected general request.
Once the general request is open, you can respond to the request, notify others, or close the request once completed.
At the top of the table, you can export general requests by clicking "Export." Or you can create a new general request by clicking "New Request."
Step 3: Creating a new general request. After clicking on "New Request" at the top of the table, you will be prompted to Create a new General Request.
If the Request is NOT associated with a unit click the toggle next to "Related to a unit." Add any attachments or files, create a title and type out your message. When finished, click "Submit."
If the Request is associated with a unit, click the box next to the unit(s) associated with the general request. Then, add any attachments, create a title and type out your message. When finished, click "Submit."
The general request will send out to the unit's owners that you selected. The request will also show as pending in the main General Requests table.
