ACH payments take 5-7 business days to deposit into your HOA bank account. ACH payments behave like paper checks and can be returned NSF 3-4 days after the payment occurs. Funds have to clear before they can be deposited, which leads to a longer delay. No funds pass through any PayHOA bank accounts, and we do not benefit from any delay in depositing the funds. The payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and flows directly to your deposit bank account.

Credit card payments take 2-business days to be deposited because the funds are verified instantly with a credit card.

You can view the deposit date for each payment by going to the "Dashboard" in the left navigation bar and scrolling down to the " Bank Accounts" section. You'll see any funds in transit labeled "Pending Funds." You can click "View Details" to view the deposit date for each payment.
