Your association is charged a processing fee on each payment made through PayHOA. You have the option to absorb these fees or charge your members a convenience and service fee to offset those costs. Here's how to choose your setting:
Step 1: Select the "gear icon" between the help icon and the person icon located in the top right section of the screen.
Step 2: Under the Organization Settings tab at the top,
scroll down to the "Fee Settings" table. Select whether the organization is going to absorb processing fees (charged to you) or whether the organization is going to charge your members a convenience and service fee to offset these costs. After selection is made, click blue "Update Settings."
