How To Lock Owner Accounts

To prevent a homeowner from logging into their PayHOA portal, you can lock the account. This keeps them from signing into process payments.

1. People

2. Locate the owner on the People page by searching the name or scrolling.

3. Click the three dots next to their name under Actions

4. Lock Account

5. Type in your reason (example: collections)

6. Yes, Lock them

7. Their name will then read 'Locked' under the Permissions. This means the homeowner can't sign into PayHOA.com to access their account.

Note: Multiple owners can be locked. To do so select the boxes next to the name, actions, lock accounts. Example below.
