1. Go to "People" in the main navigation.
2. Locate the owner's name and click the three dots under actions -> unlock account
3. Click Yes, Unlock them
4. The homeowner can now sign into their PayHOA account with their email address.
Once you've locked an owner account, you can unlock it using the steps below
