How To Send Automatic Monthly Invoices

Send a consolidated invoice to each owner automatically on the date of your choice.

  1. Go to "Settings" by clicking the Gear Icon at the top right corner of any page.

  2. Click "Preferences".

  3. Click the toggle for Send Monthly Statement Emails.

Note - If this option is toggled on, any owners with a current or past due balance as of the date selected for the statements to go out will receive an email of all of their outstanding charges at that point in time.
