How to Attach a PDF Invoice to Emailed Invoices

Include a printable PDF invoice with all emailed invoices

  1. Go to "Settings" by clicking the Gear Icon at the top right corner of any page.

  2. Click "Preferences".

  3. Click the toggle for "Attach a PDF to emailed invoices"

Note - This option will ensure that any invoice emails sent out to owners will include a printable PDF attachment. This is a great way to get owner's a remittance slip in cases where you still accept paper checks and want to ensure that the owners send their checks to the correct address. This option is recommended for any HOA using our Lockbox Service.
