1. Go to "Settings" by clicking the Gear Icon at the top right corner of any page.

2. Click "Preferences."

3. Click the toggle for "Send payment reminder emails."

4. Select how many days before the invoice due date you want the reminders sent.

5. Select whether you would like people enrolled in autopay to receive the reminders.
