How To Send Automatic Past Due Reminder Emails

Send your owners a friendly reminder that their invoice is past due.

  1. Go to "Settings" by clicking the Gear Icon at the top right corner of any page.

  2. Click "Preferences".

  3. Click the toggle for "Send Past Due Reminder Emails".

  4. Select how many days after the due date passes that you would like the reminder email to go out.
