If you want ALL Units in your HOA to pay in advance and there is an existing monthly/quarterly recurring template, please do the following:

1. Go to "Invoices" in the left navigation.

2. Select "Recurring Templates"

3. Click the three dots under actions -> View Details

4. Under Schedule: next to the expected billing date click 'Create Now'. This will apply the 'future' cycle to all units within the template. (It will not send email notifications). Note: If you want more than 1 cycle generated: click 'Create Now' next to each upcoming month/quarter. After clicking 'Create Now' there will be a green success message in the top left corner and you are done!

The Units will look like the image below:

To generate cycles for only ONE Unit:

1. Go to "Units" in the left navigation.

2. Click on the specific unit

3. Click on Recurring Templates from the Unit page

4. Click Actions, View Details

5. Create Now next to the future cycle(s)

This will only generate the future invoices for the Unit you are viewing.
