How To Add A Deposit Account Using Routing and Account Numbers

Add a deposit account for your HOA using the account and routing numbers.

Step 1: From the Dashboard, click "Manage Accounts".

Step 3: Click the Blue + Add Bank Account.

Step 4: Input your account and routing number.

Note: This will save your bank account as a deposit account for homeowners' online payments. If you want to pull transaction data into PayHOA, you will need to click the toggle to "sync bank transactions to PayHOA accounting system". This will require you to authenticate your bank account using your online banking credentials.
