Step 1: Click on the "Other Tools" tab in the left navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the Message Board box.

Step 3: Click on the message board where you are wanting to add a thread.

Step 4: Click the blue "+ Add new thread button."

Step 5: Fill in the information for your post/thread—title, description, settings such as allowing comments on the post, etc.

Step 6: Click the blue "Publish" button to post the thread.
