Step 1: Go to "Violations" in the left navigation bar.

Step 2: Click on the specific violation you'd like to add a comment.

Step 3: Click "Leave a Comment" at the top right corner of the violation page.

Step 4: Comments are always visible to homeowners. You can decide if you also want to notify homeowners or other admins about the comment via email by clicking the "send notifications toggle."

Step 5: This will let you select which owners and/or admins you want to notify via email.

Note: When a homeowner leaves a comment, everyone with permission to violations will receive an email with the comment.
