Violation Email Settings

Manage who receives emails when violations are created and when homeowners make comments.

By default, anyone with admin status or read permission to violations will receive emails when violations are submitted or when homeowners respond to the violation.

You can override those settings if you don't want everyone to receive violation related emails.

Step 1: Go to Violations in the left navigation bar.

Step 2: Go to Violation Settings at the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: In the "Email Settings" card, select the people you want to receive violation-related emails. This will override the default permissions-based email settings. ONLY the selected people will receive violation related emails.
