The violations module supports three different types of templates.

Header Templates: This template appears at the top of the violation email and PDF above the property address. This template describes the purpose of the covenant committee in the below example.

Message Template: This language is to describe the actual violation that has occurred. You can have different templates for different types of violations. In the example below, this template is for the garbage being left out for more than 48 hours.

Footer Template: This template appears at the bottom of the violation and can include instructions to resolve the violation.

Note: You can have as many header, footer, and message templates as needed. You can update these templates easily when you change the status of a violation.
