Requests are custom forms you build for homeowners to fill out and submit. Examples of custom requests include Architectural Requests, Parking Permit Requests, Boat Tag Requests, etc. You can design any request to meet the needs of your community.

You can control the types of questions and which questions are required for owners to answer.

Question formats include open-ended text, multiple choice, multiple choice (select multiple), checkbox, and file upload. You can also include custom instructions for questions and supporting attachments.

Once you build your request form, you'll want to configure the settings.

  1. Who will receive emails when the form is submitted and when comments are left by homeowners.

  2. Who will have read and write access to this request to view and respond to the submissions.

  3. Is there an approval process, and if so, who are the approvers.

Next, you'll want to set up any statuses for the request. Statuses are labels to help you keep the request organized. Examples might be Under Review, Information Needed, Approved, Denied, etc. You can customize the statuses as desired.

When forms are submitted, you'll see them added to the request card.

You can click on the card to view the submissions.

Here you can update statuses for each submission and add tags. You can also click on a submission to view the details.

You can communicate with the owner, add private notes, attach files, and mark the request as complete. Once you mark the request as complete, we move it to the "completed" tab and save the history for your records.
