Step #1: Dashboard -> Accounts -> Add Bank Account
Step #2: Enter the name of the bank, account number and routing number -> Next
Step #3: In order for the transactions to pull directly into PayHOA automatically enable Sync Bank Transaction to PayHOA accounting system. toggle to blue -> Save Bank Account
Step #4: Plaid will prompt you to enter the username/credentials to the bank account. Click Continue -> enter the username/credentials.
Step #5: Follow through the Plaid steps. You may receive a security code via text or email to verify the account. Select the bank account from the Plaid menu to link -> Continue.
Note: You will receive a success message from Plaid once the account is successfully added/linked to PayHOA! Your bank balance will also be on the Transactions page and Dashboard!
