How to Submit Payment via Lockbox

This article explains how owners will make their payments if their Organization is enrolled and accepting Lockbox payments.

Step #1: In the emailed copy of your invoice, click the Invoice.PDF attachment to open it up.

Step #2: The remittance slip is located at the very bottom of that invoice.

Step #3: Print the remittance slip and include it in your envelope.

Remember to make the payment out to your HOA/HOA’s name. It is recommended that you include the unit’s full address in the memo line that the payment is for. (Ex: Memo: 1234 Sunshine Rd. Lexington, KY, 40507)
