To view the subscription details for your HOA:
Step #1: Settings (top right corner) -> Billing
My Subscription 'Next Billing' displays the next date the account will be billed.
Add A Payment Method is the account which will be billed for the monthly or annual subscription fees.
To add a new billing payment method:
Step #1: To add a bank account, click add bank. To add a credit card, add credit card.
Note: This payment method is completely separate from the account listed on the Bank Accounts tab. You will need to add a payment method on the billing page separate from the deposit bank account. If there is more than one payment method listed click actions, set default payment method.
To export the Subscription History (fees/payments):
Bottom right corner click 'Export'. This will export all letters, statements, and monthly/annual fees into excel.
