Payment Fees

This article explains the fees associated with electronic payments by homeowners and/or the association.

Credit/Debit Cards: Homeowners have the option to pay on their PayHOA account by credit/debit card.

There is a 3.25% + $0.50 payment processing fee added to each payment. The association can offload or absorb the fees.

ACH Payments: Homeowners have the option to pay with their routing/account numbers from a checking account. There is a $1.95 fee added to each ACH payment. The association can offload or absorb the fees.

To choose to offload or absorb fees: Go to Settings in the top right corner of your admin account -> Organizations Settings -> Fee Settings -> To save your changes click Update in blue.
