To delete an already existing bank reconciliation go to Reports in the left hand Navigation.

Go to Bank Reconciliation

Go to Reconcile Bank Account

Select the bank account you want to delete a reconciliation from. Once you do this all of your previous reconciliations for that bank account will appear at the bottom of the window. You will then click the Actions button to the right of the reconciliation that you want to delete and then select Delete Reconciliation.
