PH Payer User Guide: Updating Payee Information in Payment Hub

❶ Log into Payment Hub

❷ Click On 'Payees' in the left-hand menu

❸ Click on the Payee you'd like to Update

You can click on the payee, or search for the payee in the search bar:

❹ Need to Update the Payee Name?

To update the Payee Name, click on the 'pencil' icon on the top right of the payee detail:

Use the field to type in the desired individual or company name.
The registration email can also be updated here (if they have not yet registered).

❺ Want to update the Payment Method?

To update a payee's Payment Method for a new Payee, click on 'Add A Payment Method' in the Payee Detail view:


If the Payee already has a Payment Method that needs updating, click on the 'pencil' icon to the right of the bank information:


Once in the edit view, choose the Payment Method of choice and add the desired information.


DIRECT DEPOSIT

  1. Select payee's Bank Country from the drop-down list

  1. Enter banking information and address in the provided fields

  • Required fields for a bank account can be different depending on country selected.

  • Enter payees address, not a bank address


International Deposit

**NOTES: Only enter the currency and bank information of the receiving bank. Do not enter any intermediary banking information.

An address is only required for payments made to countries other than the United States. A PO Box is not an acceptable address for international payments (non-US).

The Bank Code can be of one of the following types depending on your territory:

  • Routing Number [USA]

  • Transit Number and Financial Institution Number [CANADA]

  • Zengin Code [JAPAN]

  • 4-digit bank code and 3-digit branch code

  • CLABE Number [MEXICO]

  • BSB Number [AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND]

  • First six digits of account number

  • IBAN [EUROPEAN TERRITORIES]

  • This incorporates both Bank Code and Bank Account Number

  • IFSC Code [INDIA]

  • BIC/SWIFT Code [Other]


Domestic Deposit

Enter your bank account in one of two ways:

  1. Link online banking (recommended)

  1. Sign into online banking and select your bank account from within your online banking account.

  1. Log in with your online banking credentials to follow a workflow to securely and conveniently link your bank account to Payment Hub

  1. Manually fill-in

  1. Account Type

  1. Routing #

  1. Bank Account #

  1. Confirm Bank Account #

  1. Click FINISH
