You can update your payment method in PaymentHub anytime under Settings. Here's how:

1. Log into your PaymentHub account and select SETTINGS from the menu on the left side of the screen. If you do not see SETTINGS as an option on the menu, please contact your payer directly to update your payment method.

2. Click on the SETUP PAYMENT METHOD button.Β If a Payment Method already exists, click on the Pencil icon to edit.

3. Select desired PAYMENT METHOD and enter banking information for DIRECT DEPOSIT, or payee address for PAPER CHECK.

Note: An email address is required for PayPal only.

 4. For Direct Deposit, select Bank Country from the drop-down list. Then enter your banking information and address in the provided fields.

  • Required fields for a bank account can be different depending on country selected. The Bank Code can be of one of the following types:

    • Routing Number (in the US)

    • Transit Number and Financial Institution Number (in Canada)

    • CLABE Number (in Mexico)

    • BSB Number (in Australia and New Zealand)

    • IBAN – This incorporates both Bank Code and Bank Account Number

    • BIC/SWIFT Code

  • Enter your bank account in one of two ways:

    1. Manually fill-in Account Type, Routing #, Bank Account #, and Confirm Bank Account #, and click FINISH.

    2. With online banking (recommended) – Sign into online banking and select your bank account from within your online banking account. Specifically, if you click on the LOGIN WITH ONLINE BANKING button, you can follow a workflow to securely and conveniently link your bank account to PaymentHub, without having to enter bank account manually. See below:

Note: An address is only required for payments made to countries other than the United States.

5. After entering your bank account information, select which bank account you would like as your payment method.

6. Click the blue SAVE button. Your new Payment Method is now visible under SETTINGS.
