It’s possible to access multiple PaymentHub Payee accounts with the same user login. The association of multiple Payee accounts to the same user login can happen in one of two ways:
Your Payor connects the accounts based on the information it has, such as your Payor knows it pays both you and a business entity you own.
If you have already registered a login and are invited to access a new account, you can choose to log in with your existing credentials.
In both cases, when you login, all accounts your user login has access to are visible. You can select one account to view at a time.
When you are in one account, you can switch into any additional account your user login also has access to by clicking on the 9-square icon in the upper right corner. See the red circle in the picture below.
