NOTE: For your security, Exactuals recommends using multi-factor authentication (MFA). This adds another credential in addition to your username and password. Normally, this will be an app you download onto your phone that will provide you with the final step of logging in.

Exactuals recommends downloading an Authenticator app onto your phone in order to protect your account from stolen login information.

Use the following steps to change your password or add multi-factor authentication to your account.

TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD:

To change your password, login to your account and right-click your name in the upper right corner, and click on My Profile > SECURITY.

TO ADD MFA / 2-STEP AUTHENTICATION:

Navigate to your app store and download an Authenticator app for your phone.

  • HIGHLY RECOMMENDED APPS: Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator

NOTE: If you search "Authentication" or "Authenticator" in your phone's app store, you will find a multitude of different options. You may also already have an Authentication app already downloaded to your phone as well, which you can link to your PaymentHub account.

After downloading the app, manually enter the code provided and click ENABLE 2-STEP AUTHENTICATION.

To generate backup codes, select GENERATE NEW BACKUP CODES to produce a list of codes to keep for future use.
