For your security, Exactuals recommends using multi-factor authentication (MFA). This adds another credential in addition to your username and password. Normally, this will be an app you download onto your phone that will provide you with the final step of logging in.

When you login to any account, your username and password identify who you are. A password with at least 12 characters including uppercase letters, numbers and special characters is considered a strong password. However, passwords can be stolen. Adding another credential increases your security even if your password is stolen.

Exactuals recommends downloading an Authenticator app onto your phone in order to protect your account from stolen login information.

Use the following steps to change your password or add multi-factor authentication to your account.

1. To change your password, login to your account and right-click your name in the upper right corner, and click on My Profile > SECURITY.

2. To add 2-step authentication, download an Authenticator app for your phone and

click GET STARTED.

If you search "Authentication" or "Authenticator" in your phone's app store, you will find a multitude of different options. You may already have an Authentication app already downloaded to your phone as well, which you can link to your PaymentHub account.

3. After downloading the app, scan the code with your new app or enter the code provided and click ENABLE 2-STEP AUTHENTICATION.
