NOTE: For your security, Exactuals recommends using multi-factor authentication (MFA). This adds another credential in addition to your username and password. Exactuals recommends downloading an Authenticator app onto your phone that will provide you with the final step of logging in and protect your account from stolen login information.

Use the following steps to change your password or add multi-factor authentication to your account.

TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD:

To change your password, log in to your account and right-click your name in the upper right corner, and select My Profile > SECURITY.

TO ADD MFA / 2-STEP AUTHENTICATION:

Navigate to your app store and download an Authenticator app for your phone.

  • HIGHLY RECOMMENDED APPS: Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator

NOTE: If you search "Authentication" or "Authenticator" in your phone's app store, you will find a multitude of different options. You may also already have an Authentication app already downloaded to your phone as well, which you can link to your PaymentHub account.

After downloading the app, select GET STARTED.

Open your Authenticator app and manually enter the setup code provided in item 1. Then enter the code generated to item 2 and select ENABLE 2-STEP AUTHENTICATION.

To generate backup codes, select GENERATE NEW BACKUP CODES to produce a list of codes to keep for future use.

When logging back in to PaymentHub after enabling 2-Step Authentication, you will be prompted to navigate to your Authenticator app and then manually enter the verification code provided.
