Your payer may request W8 and/or W9 documents from you during your PaymentHub registration. Please note that the documents requested are for the payee, not for each individual user. During the registration workflow, an automated window will appear (see screenshot):

Once you click on "Upload Now", you will be taken to the "Documents" tab on the left-hand side.

Once you have navigated to the "Documents" tab, click on the "Upload Document" button in the right-hand corner.

Here, you will be able to select the type of document you are uploading, currently limited to W8-BEN or W9. The upload supports GIF, JPG, PDF, or PNG file types up to 500 MB.

Please note that only Users with the role of Manager and/or User Administrator will be able to see the Document section. Please also note that not all payers have this feature enabled, so this may not be a part of your registration process.
