Learn how to remove a pay run that has been submitted to the ATO in the Payroller mobile app with our simple guide below.

Pay runs already submitted to the ATO cannot be deleted from Payroller.

If you have submitted a pay run to the ATO and the pay run has the status ‘STP done’ you will need to edit the pay run to 0 and resubmit to remove this from the ATO.


Please note that if pay runs have not yet been submitted to the ATO you can delete this pay run from Payroller by following this guide.


Select ‘Payslips’.

Select the pay run you would like to remove.

Select ‘Edit’.

Make sure to remove all areas and 0 out the ordinary hours.

Once all the figures have been removed, swipe left or select the double arrows on the right.

If you are removing the figures for all employees, make sure to repeat the process for each employee.

Review the summary page and if everything looks good swipe left or select the double arrows on the right.

Press the button to complete the pay run.

The pay run has now been updated and removed from the ATO
