There are two versions of Payroller
Version 1: Old version
If you cannot see the ‘Agent account’ you may have hidden your agent account.
To show a hidden agent account:
Step 1: You will need to go into ‘Settings’.
Step 2: Select ‘Client Page’.
Step 3: Press the drop-down button.
Step 4: Select ‘Show’.
Step 5: Select ‘Save’.
Your agent account will now show on your agent portal.
Version 2: New Version
If you cannot see the ‘Agent account’ you may have hidden your agent account.
To show a hidden agent account:
Step 1: Go to your Agent’s Profile located in the upper left corner of your agent portal.
Step 2: Select ‘Settings’.
Step 3: Select the ‘Agent home’ tab.
Here you can select who should see your own business on Agent Home. As the main agent account holder, you also have the option to choose ‘Everyone in your team’ so everybody in your team will be able to access your business under ‘Clients’ on Agent Home.
Step 4: Click the ‘Save’ button once done selecting the option on who can view your agent account.
Your agent account will now show on your agent portal.
