We try to make signing up as a property manager as easy as possible. There are three steps to the Manager Signup Process:
Create Manager Account - should take about 15 seconds, just your basic login info
Sign Manager/Landlord Agreement - available online for electronic signature
Complete Merchant Account Application - Go to Account>Merchant Applications>Add New Merchant Application.
The expected turnaround time is about 3-4 business days. During this time you can add your properties to the site so once your merchant account(s) are live we can activate your properties and you're good to go!
