PayYourRent is a 3rd party application used by property managers to streamline their rent collection process. Like all payment processing companies, there is a transaction fee assessed for all transactions that can either be paid by the property manager or resident, at the discretion of the property manager.
Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the resident portal payment pages before a payment can be submitted.
