All payments submitted on PayYourRent are processed on a Zero-Day Hold. Zero-Day Hold means that all payments submitted before the cutoff time of 4PM (EST) will be processed that evening and deposited into the property's account the following business day. Payments submitted after the cutoff time of 4PM (EST) will be processed the next business day and deposited the following day.
