Requesting A Refund

If your payment has already processed through the system, and you need to be issued a refund, please contact your property manager. All refund requests must be sent by email to support@payyourrent.com by a property manager with the payment's reference ID# included.

Once a refund request is received by our support team by a property manager, a refund will be initiated and both the manager and resident will receive a confirmation email that the refund has been processed.  Refunds process on the same zero day hold as our payments so they are typically received in about one business day.
