This return response means: For the bank account information provided, the respective bank rejected our attempt to debit your bank account and communicated the reason for the rejection was because of insufficient funds. Please keep in mind this is based on your available ledger balance.
If you feel this response was given in error please contact customer support for your bank and they will be able to provide you with more information as to why they responded with this message. Many banks do not consider pending funds as available funds.
