Why am I getting a "GeneralError: Document parsing failed. Please retry" error when trying to parse my invoice with your AI?

This error usually happens when our AI Invoice Parser can't properly process your document. Common reasons include:

  • File access issues (e.g., the file is behind a login or restricted URL)

  • Unsupported file format

  • Document structure that is too complex or irregular to parse
