You can adjust the guarantee based on your preference, but here’s what I’d usually recommend for PDF offers:

Start with a strong guarantee to build trust and improve conversions.

If you notice a high rate of people unfairly taking advantage of the guarantee, you can remove it.

While guarantees can help with conversions, it’s important to assess if your audience is using them appropriately.
