If the issue persists beyond this timeframe, double-check that you are working within the correct sub-account by accessing the agency view and selecting the appropriate sub-account dropdown.
If the snapshot still hasn’t appeared, consider adding me as a user to both the agency and sub-account, and I can manually load it for you.
