I purchased an upgrade, but I don’t have access to it. What should I do?

If you’ve purchased an upgrade but don’t see it in your account, first ensure you’re logged in with the correct email address used during signup.

If you’re unsure which email you used, provide us with the email address you signed up with so we can locate your account and grant access to the upgrades, such as Niches, PDFs, and ads. Once confirmed, we’ll ensure everything is added promptly.
