If you’ve experienced an issue with an undelivered package within Parsel, our team is here to guide you through the claims process. Please wait at least 7 days after your order status is marked as 'fulfilled' in your Parsel account before filing a claim.
Follow these steps based on the carrier used to ship your package.
Step 1: Log in to your Parsel account
Go to https://parsel.app/sign-in and enter your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Orders' tab
Find the order you need to submit a claim for (the order status must show as 'fulfilled'); Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Submit a claim.'
Step 4: Submit your claim
Fill out the claim form and hit 'Submit' when done.
All claims will be reviewed and can take up to 4 weeks to process. As a reminder, please wait at least 7 days after your order status is shown as 'fulfilled' before filing a claim. For more support, Saltbox is available to assist at your specific location’s contact number or email.
