If you have a preferred shipping carrier, you can set preferred shipping methods in Parsel. Follow these steps:
Sign in to Parsel: Log in to your Parsel account.
Settings Menu: Select the settings menu on the left sidebar.
Navigate to Service Levels Settings: Open the service level menu to see what mapping options exist.
Service Level Mapping Overrides: Find and set your preferred shipping methods.
Please note, the default setting is for packages to map to the cheapest shipping method. Users do not have to set up shipping methods to use Parsel.
