Peak Strength allows you to choose training goals for 39 sport specifications, 20 general training goals, and 3 tactical readiness fields.

The detailed training goal selections allow Peak Strength to provide a personalized program based on what you want to train for.

Below is a list of all the training goals in the “train for a goal” selection:

Hypertrophy

  • Mass Building

    • Get as big and swole as possible

  • Athletic Muscle

    • Increase muscle mass with athlete style training

Strength

  • Powerlifting

    • Increase strength in the bench, squat, and deadlift

  • Olympic Lifting

    • Increase strength in the snatch, clean, and jerk

  • Athletic Strength

    • Improve powerlifting-style lifts while advancing athletic ability

Athletic Fitness

  • Total Athletic Fitness

    • Improve every aspect of athlete training

  • Athletic Muscle

    • Increase muscle mass with athlete style training

  • Athletic Strength

    • Improve powerlifting-style lifts while advancing athletic ability

  • Functional Strength

    • Improve athletic ability while training Olympic weightlifting and plyometrics

Speed

  • All-Speed Training

    • Combine resistance training with sprint work

  • Strength Development

    • Increase speed by building strength and power in the weightroom without field work

  • Speed and Agility

    • Only focus on field sprint work and plyometrics

  • Speed and Endurance

    • Focus only on sprint work and cardio

Explosiveness

  • Full-body Explosiveness

    • Maximize the output of your fast twitch muscle

  • Vertical Jump

    • Jump higher with strength and plyometric training

Endurance

  • All-in Endurance Training

    • Combine resistance training with cardio

  • Cardio Exercise

    • Focus only on cardio training
