What program should military service members or first responders use?

How to access programs for military personnel and first responders in Peak Strength.

Peak Strength allows athletes to train for sports, specific fitness goals, and also tactical readiness.

Tactical readiness goals have been developed with our service members in mind. The current tactical readiness programs include training for military, law enforcement, and fire & rescue.

To access the tactical readiness programs, go to your account settings and select “Program”

Click “Edit” in the top right corner.

Select “Rebuild your program”

Confirm or edit your experience level.

Click “Edit” to select a new program path.

Select the “Train for tactical readiness” path.

Select the field designation that aligns with your goals from Fire and Rescue, Law Enforcement, or Military.

Complete the rest of the program questionnaire and you will be provided a program for your specific field of service.

Click “build my program” at the bottom of the program summary screen to create your personalized tactical readiness program.
