How can I keep my workout streak in Peak Strength?

How to maintain and not lose your workout streak.

The Peak Strength app keeps track of your workout streak based on how many days of workouts you complete in a row.

You may not have workouts every single day, so your workout streak will only be affected on days you are assigned workouts.

Your workout streak is also only determined by completing your primary workouts. Skipping in not completing workouts that are marked as “optional” will not affect your workout streak.
