How can I keep my workout streak in Peak Strength?

How your streak works and what affects it.

Your streak tracks how many workouts you complete in a row. You don't need to train every day to keep it — your streak is only affected on days you have a workout scheduled as part of your core training plan.

Optional and Bonus workouts don't count either way. Completing them won't extend your streak, and skipping them won't break it.
