Peak Strength offers long term periodization through various seasons. You will receive training cycles for offseason, in-season, pre-season, and postseason.
Training cycles last a maximum of 18 weeks. Once you complete a training cycle, you will have the choice to move to the next cycle in your training plan or to move to a new training plan entirely.
Choosing a new training plan entails selecting a new sport or training goal to work toward.
If you would like to stay on the same training plan, you will select the option to create a new cycle and make any adjustments.
