Every athlete has goals they want to reach and there are various ways to reach those goals. Although, not all athletes have the same resources when it comes to training.
This article will help provide information on how Peak Strength training plans can be used with various levels of equipment and how to achieve the best results.
Tier I - Body Weight ($0)
Peak Strength can be used without any equipment. If no equipment is selected, you will only have access to a bodyweight training plan.
Tier II - Minimal Equipment ($0 - $200)
Peak Strength training plans take it to the next level with bands and lighter dumbbells. If you do not have the ability to access a gym or higher cost equipment, the essential equipment would be bands, dumbbells and maybe boxes.
