Peak Strength training plans are based on a system of training that was developed by international and Olympic coach, Dane Miller.
All the sports, training goals, and tactical training plans have been meticulously handwritten by the coaching staff at Garage Strength.
As an athlete using Peak Strength, you are receiving the same level of programming as Sam Mattis (2X Olympian), Jacob Horst (6X National Champion), SDSU Wrestling, and other high-performance athletes around the world.
There may be some variability in your training plan as personalized modifications are made to the workouts based on your equipment, experience, and age. However, the general programming is the same as the elite athletes produced by Garage Strength.
The programming structure, exercise selections, and rep ranges in Peak Strength are updated and improved on a regular basis to provide the most up-to-date and effective training to all athletes.
