We understand that it can be hard to stay consistent and find the ability to make time for training when you are traveling or going away for vacation.
You may have access to limited equipment, limited time to train, or no equipment at all.
NOTE: There is no “pause program” feature in Peak Strength. You can reschedule workouts or remove them completely from the days that you will be away or traveling.
As you are traveling, we know you'll be back to your regular training area after a short period. We don’t recommend that you change your training plan or adjust your peak date.
We recommend using the below bonus workout options that can fill the place of your regularly scheduled workouts:
Hotel Gym Bonus Workouts
Hotel Gym bonus workouts are pre-made workouts that you can use at facilities or hotel gyms with minimal equipment.
You can access the Hotel Gym bonus workouts by clicking “Add Workout” on your current training day and selecting Hotel Gym at the bottom of the Bonus Workouts screen.
Bodyweight Bonus Workouts
Bodyweight workouts are pre-made workouts meant for athletes that are traveling and do not have access to any equipment.
These are especially useful for days where you are actively traveling and may not have a lot of time or access to any formal equipment.
You can access Bodyweight bonus workouts by clicking “Add Workout” on your current training day and selecting bodyweight at the bottom of the Bonus Workouts screen.
Time Crunch Bonus Workouts
Finally, Time Crunch bonus workouts are pre-made workouts for athletes that have access to equipment, but may have very limited time to train during travel or vacation.
All the Time Crunch bonus workouts can be completed within 30 minutes, but will use the equipment you have equipped in your settings.
You can access Time Crunch bonus workouts by clicking “Add Workout” on your current training day and selecting Time Crunch at the top of the Bonus Workouts section.
Bonus workouts are a great resource to help you with flexible training so you can stay on track with you training plan even on the go.
