Inside Peak Strength, you may be given multiple workout types in a single day. The different workout types include strength, explosiveness, competition, speed, endurance, and recovery.
The order in which the workouts are laid out is the order in which athletes are recommended to complete them.
For example, in the image below there are three workouts for the day. You should complete them in the order they are listed. Prioritize the explosiveness workout, then the recovery workout, then the speed workout.
