At the beginning of each program, athletes will go through a one-week assessment period. This assessment week will split up the primary tests for your program across the entire week of training.

The assessment week will be a low volume, high-intensity period to identify where your current physical fitness is. Each workout will focus on 1-2 primary testing exercises with minimal accessory movements.

The purpose of the assessment week is to establish the most accurate benchmark numbers for your current physical abilities. Each assessment week will also help Peak Strength make the most accurate recommendations throughout your program.
